Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî (/ˈmenè/ /qëˈjaɪ/ [serious] [distance; range; span; extent]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Engineer's Guild.
The name Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî is derived from the Sylvin language, as Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî was founded by False Spiders, who was culturaly Iron Elf.
Climate
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî receives an average of 286 cm/y (112 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1074, by False Spiders. The establishment of Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî was built using the conventions of Iron Elf durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive baked earthen streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.
A look around Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî gives you a feeling of distrust and paranoia. Also greed. The locals seem to be very much into scholastic pursuits, based on the hushed, murmured conversations you hear at least. Everyone in Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî acts like they have discovered something wondrous, and are worried they will endure some horrible fate so another can take what they’ve discovered for themselves.

Cultural Notes
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî has a long tradition of martial expertise. This may be a crisply-organized history of skilled native levies, or it may be a natural belligerence in the people that leaves them familiar with bloodshed. While their neighbors and liege doubtless respect their talents, this very aptitude might make them more willing to turn to steel than prudence would advise.
Êkèkê Gêlëom-qëyaî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town.
